The February series explores how our beliefs and perceptions inform our actions and how we can change them to experience freedom from suffering.

Learn Sacred rhythms that correspond to specific intentions. No previous drumming experience necessary. The workshop  is comprised of dialogue, learning a rhythm and a ceremony.
